Quick Preview is one of those neat little features which is frequently overlooked despite it being very useful. Wherever you see the little lightning bolt icon you can click it to see the quick preview, which could display for example Account info or Contract info. This can save you lots of time when you no longer have to jump around the application to find the important info you needed at that particular time.
