While generating the Tickets report, you can apply the filter that uses a condition with the 'Last Update Date' and 'Last Updated By' fields.
The 'Last Update Date' is updated on changing the Ticket details such as Resolution, Manager, Status and other Ticket field. Please note that this refers only to the last time the Ticket was updated. In case you want to see a list of Charges logged for a specific date, you should use a Charges Report. Hope this helps. |
