RangerMSP User Question*

We use the automatic ticket from email to RangerMSP on all of our clients. We want to know if there is a way to cc the manager of one of our clients on all tickets there company emails in.

Yes, customers can be alerted by emails when new Tickets are created using the Alerts to Customers feature of the Alerts Server.

In order for the manager to be notified about ALL newly created company tickets you should add them as a Secondary Contact/s under the Account and select the checkbox near the email address. Selecting this checkbox will add this contact email address as a recipient to every Ticket created in RangerMSP whether it was added manually by employee or using Email-to-Ticket feature or via customer Web portal. As a result, the manager/s will receive email notification about such tickets.
