Preventing employees seeing Synced calendar

How do I prevent other employees from seeing my Calendar which is synced with Outlook?

Answer

Appointments and Tasks which are defined as private in Outlook will retain their private definition in RangerMSP, and vice versa. You can also prevent private appointments from being synchronized in both systems - see Tools > Options > Outlook.

Additionally you can remove the Other Employees Calenders privilege and also set appropriate permissions for the Outlook folder on your server.
