How can I create an SLA to use with my customers so I can make sure to provide service in the time agreed?

Answer

To create a new SLA just go to 'Settings > SLA > New' and then select the type of SLA you want to create.

Once an SLA is implemented it will automatically manage the Ticket's Due Date based on the Ticket’s properties and the rules configured for the SLA.
