RangerMSP User Question*

We started to add history notes. However we noticed that the engineers won’t be alerted of the changes made. Is there any way that we can alert the engineers whenever history notes are added? Or is there any other functions that will allow the engineers to receive alerts regarding updates made to the ticket?

On Tools > Options > Alerts the alerts can be switched ON/OFF for various Ticket related actions (Opened or Closed for example) and an Employee who is defined as the Ticket Manager will get alerted about ALL changes to the Ticket and related records (including History Notes) if Ticket Manager Alerts are enabled.
