We are running windows 7 64 bit, outlook 2010.
We have 2 outlook windows open, 1 on our inbox and another on a public folder (using multiple screens). When you open an email that is in a ticket (by pressing show original) that email ends up in your inbox (a copy of it basically). Hope this helps. |

Thanks for the clarification. I just tried it here and it worked well without moving anything to the Inbox.
Please select to open the folder where the email file is stored (from the advanced option near the 'Show Original' option). Then double click the file and see if that happens too (i.e. when the email message is opened regardless of RangerMSP). Thanks. |
