Is there a way to delay the new appointment popup reminder?
When I go to schedule the ticket I get this popup before I can even set the time. I guess it pops for the default time which is never ever the time. Can i get like a 5 min delay before the default reminder pops? I just need enough time to set the appointment! |

Thank you for posting this. This sounds strange.
In general there are no settings for the reminder delay. It may be related to the default reminder settings configured under the Tools > Options > Calendar tab. In case you can share more details or email us the screenshot of the appointment details when such reminder pops, it will help us better understand what is going on. Hope this helps. |
