RangerMSP does add the ticket number part when needed, e.g. parts like [TKT-0500-6710], however, it should be included within existing text but usually at its end. I suspect that for some reason the 33363 of the Subject is split in live in a separate email-header section than the first part of the Subject. In any case, if you see this all the times please contact us with your log files and several samples (Please attach some such original email messages in .eml file format) so we could look further into such email headers.
