To whom this may concern.

One of our employees are receiving duplicate emails from CommitCRM after a new ticket has been created.

Please advise

Thank you for posting this.

Please make sure the employee email address does not exists under other employee or Account/Contact record in RangerMSP.

You can run the Configuration Check under the Settings menu > RangerMSP Email Connector to easily find such duplicates.

In case this will not solve - please provide us with samples of such emails - you can send them to support @ .
