I understand the ability to discount a charge exists, but we are looking for the ability to discount all labor charges performed for specific clients by default.

Is there a way to do this in CommitCRM without creating additional charge items? Can CommitCRM be configured to succeed pricing to Quickbooks (where I can do 'price level' adjustments)?

Thank you for the feedback. We indeed plan to enhance the options to set up pricing levels at the Account level in one of our coming releases.

At the moment, in case you do not use this already, you may consider using special discounted Items (which represent pricing levels), and set a Default Item (per item type) for each Contract. When you add new Charges for this Account and Contract, the default item will be automatically selected, with the relevant pricing level.
