Each Asset has a "Installed By" field. This fields holds a link to an Employee and it can be used for your needs. In addition, you can log Tickets under Assets using the Tickets tab in the Assets window, or by simply linking a Ticket to an Asset when you add one. You can always review all previously handled Tickets for each of your Assets using the Tickets tab in the Assets window. I hope this helps. Bracha |
