Hi,
There isn't an option to customize the fields displayed in the lists yet. We have received feature requests regarding this, and it's on the list. So I have added your vote to it. There is an option to resize the columns, even to the point where they won't be seen. You can also move columns around by dragging them, so you can push fields you do not need to the side.
