    Workflow for Ticket Closing

    Hi Guys,

    When I complete a ticket I want to have it automatically moved into another persons queue.

    My reasoning is that if a staff member closes a ticket I want to be able to review it before the invoice is created.

    Whats the best way to do this?

    Thank you for posting this.

    You can configure email alerts to be notified about any completed Ticket. After reviewing the Ticket you can mark it as 'reviewed', for example, by setting a Label for the Ticket or using one of the fields, such as Status Extension.
