Shorten Ticket description in Web

How can I limit the length of the Ticket description shown in the Tickets list in the Web Interface?

Answer

There isn't a way to truncate that field specifically however you can limit display length for all memo fields. To do that just go to Tools > Options > Web Interface and there you can specify the number of characters.
