Yes, you can do this from RangerMSP and emails will be sent to the filtered list of accounts/contacts in your Accounts list. Filter the list, then from the menu select Accounts > Tools > Send Group Email. Having said that, note that this is a basic option that is ideal when using plain text emails, though HTML formatted ones are also supported. In case you need more advanced email campaign tools you should probably filter the accounts/contacts list, export to Excel and import to one of the many email campaign systems that are available.
