With the new tags, we can now kind of color code based on contract and client but this still leaves workflow out of the loop. Any chance we can color code the Status (Status Extension) and Type fields as well. We are not talking about tags, just being able to use color for the text of these fields. For example, if a ticket were "new", we would have it display in orange and a ticket in a "scheduled" state would be in green, etc. //ray |

You refer to Labels. With type and status there isn't a way to color code them. Thanks for asking.

HEY! I just noticed that a bit of color has been added to priority field -- don't know when that happened but sweet! Looks like color has been added to Immediate and High priority. Two quick suggestions:
1) let us define these background and font colors (for all priorities) 2) add color to the status and status extension fields. thanks! //ray |
