Account preview formatting

Hi,

Is it possible to exclude certain data from appearing in the Account preview tab?
Namely I don't want data from Service tab to appear in the account Preview...

The problem is when I enter data in the Service tab / Description field in certain order, 4 rows and 4 columns with spaces between columns, etc. it looks OK.
When I switch to Account preview tab the formatting is gone and I need to manually move characters back and fort to get the right formatting on the Account preview tab.

Can you help?

The content of the system preview tab is fixed and cannot be modified. The service tab is a textual memo field and naturally it is not designed to type in tables (though this may be useful). Unfortunately I do not see any work around here.
