'Alt-Tab' Tickets

For other users:

Try having more tickets open at the same time, and click on tickets several times.
Then you 'Alt-Tab' between your tickets.

Great, thank you for sharing! I've just thought of sharing a bit more information on this -

When selecting a Ticket in the list of Tickets hit Ctrl-W to open it in a new Window.
Alt-tab will help you navigate between all open Windows inside RangerMSP and you can also click the Tickets icon in the left side pane where each click will navigate to another open Tickets window.

Sorry, I'm not following. When I have several ticket windows open and Alt-Tab it doesn't cycle between. Please elaborate.

Correct. Try Ctrl-tab.
