Is there anyway to setup a minimum hourly charge without doing it manually every time? We currently have clients with 15 minute minimum billing and some with 30 minute minimum, both of which get billed in 15 minute increments. I did a search and the last thread I saw was 2009, so I am hoping the feature has been added since then.

You can configure a minimum billing unit for the Timer, that is - set its increments and in case that's 15 minutes then 4, 5, 12, and 15 minutes will all be billed for 0.25 hours, from the 16th minute and until 30th it'll be 0.5 hours, etc. You can set this under Tools > Options > Timer tab. Please note, however, that this will be a global setting unlike a per-customer one. I will verify that we have the per-customer feature request logged for review.

Hope this helps.

We would really love a per customer minimum billing system that doesn't involve the timer.
