RangerMSP User Question*

We have a client with numerous contacts who each issue tickets. We want to allow web access for each contact, but only want each contact to see their own tickets, not everyone else’s. Can this be done?

Answer

Yes, starting in RangerMSP 11 it is possible to set whether a user can access all of the Account’s tickets, only tickets related to them, or tickets related to them as well as to other selected Contacts of the Account:
