Thank you for posting this. In case your question refers to Scheduled Reports, in order to see your scheduled reports, you open the 'My Scheduled Reports' drop down from under the Reports window and select the report. As a result 'Scheduled Settings' window will open where you can see on which report layout it is based (see the screenshot below).
You can customize the report layout using the
Design button in the Reports window. Please note that system report should be copied to create a new custom report and only then customized.
