unable to upgrade version

When trying to upgrade commitcrm from version 17.0.0.5 to version 19 after about 5 hours
of chugging away some errors regarding backing up emails an error pops up stating Version upgrade did not complete. What to do next ?

Thank you for posting this. This is unusual, upgrades usually run much much faster.

In any case - Please zip the folder \RangerMSP\Logs and email it to support@
