RangerCRM Appointment - [7/9/20]

These are appointments emails that are generated based on my outlook calendar. The bulk of my outlook appointments are not ranger related and there are usually 4-5 a day.

My email is filled with calendar reminders from ranger that I don't need. Outlook already reminds of of them.

How do i stop the appointment reminder emails?

I tried tools > options > calendar and unchecked appointment reminders 1 and 2.

Where else do I look?

The emails you refer to are indeed notifications about coming appointments or due tasks.

Please visit Tools > Options > Alerts tab, and then - under the 'Proactive Alerts' sub-tab remove any appointment related alert notification.

I assume this will affect all appointments, even the legitimate ranger tickets (the ones i still need)?

This setting is responsible for sending email notification for appointments scheduled for you in the RangerMSP calendar. So yes, if turned off no such notification reminders will be sent to such appoints and if ON notification will be sent.
