I would like to see fully integrate Activity Templates as true Item templates (like "New Ticket Templates, new asset template, etc).
Currently to use an Activity Template you have to:
Create the new Item (Account, Ticket, Asset)
Click the Pending Tab
Click New
Click "Apply Activity Template"
Click the relevant template
Click Next
Click "Add"
Now you are at the "Review Activities and Apply Template" selection screen to customize the items.
That's a lot of clicking and areas to forget.
I would like to see:
Under each Item Type there is New, and New From Template (with a fly-out menu containing a list of related activity templates for that type)
Once you select one, it should popup the normal New Item dialog, and after clicking Ok it would immediately (automatically) apply the activity template to Pending FOR you, and take you to the "Review Activities and Apply Template" screen.

Click New From Template
Click the desired template from the flyout.
This results in 3 clicks to get to applying a templated (ticket, asset, account) vs 7 clicks (and the knowledge on how to navigate to pending, and how to add activity templates) to use an activity template.
