    Ticket Filters

    I'd like to create a filter on the ticket module to show me only stale tickets. For instance Last Update Date is Greater Than -2days or something like that. Unfortunately the drop down appears to only let me set a static "greater than" date and not one based on the current date.

    Is there some hidden way of doing what I'm trying to accomplish or is it currently not possible?

    Hi Justin,

    Thanks for posting this question.

    There's an open feature request to add this filtering option in RangerMSP. For now, the best way to do this is to continue using the date filter by selecting Last Update/Creation Date > Greater Than - <Date>, for your filter. I know this is not ideal since it requires adjusting the date every time, however, it should work for you.
