Is there a way that we can send a ticket to a client and have the customer respond by email with an electronic acknowledgement for the charges?

I recall hearing that some other crm has something similar where the customer has a PIN number that they enter and it serves as their electronic signature, is this possible inCommitCRM?

Hi,

Thanks for posting this.
RangerMSP uses Outlook in order to send emails to your customers, and as such the automated response buttons are somewhat limited in Outlook, however, they do serve a function of enabling your customers to respond to your billing emails with an Apporved or Reject button.

These options can be set in Outlook on an email-by-email basis, and can be easily enabled for easy use from the email options window. Also, Outlook supports SSL encrypting options to keep these types of transactions secure & confidential.

For more information on enabling these options, please click here.

Hope this helps.
