When working a ticket we can can see charge totals, time charged, time spent, labor, parts and expenses. It woudl be really helpful if we could add the estimated time allowed for the ticket. This way a tech cloud see quickly if they were approaching the hours allocated

Time Included = XX Hours

Or it would be even better if it calculated the hours quote and auto populated the Time Included
