Before we execute the integration, we need to know if the following is possible using skip rules or other configuration options:

SKIP all alerts EXCEPT Server Backups & Workstation Anti-Virus Alerts

I.E. we're looking to start off by only creating tickets for failed server backups and workstation alerts.

Thoughts?

Thank you for posting this.

You should add skip rules for all checks that you want ignored and anything that isn't specifically filtered will get processed. From what you describe you probably want to add skip rules for everything except these.

Follow the link to learn more about RMM Skip Rules

Hope this helps.

We were hoping there was a way to basically do a skip all, with an explicit allow for rules we want above the Skip All. It sounds like we’re going to have to play whack a mole By creating skip rules for everything we don’t want instead of being able to explicitly allowing the things we need?

You will indeed need to define all skip rules and it might require some manual work in case you want to skip most notifications and process only a few. We have already logged your feedback for consideration - i.e. skip rules that will allow to skip everything but these... Thank you.
