I am trying to use the email connector more but, clients are in the habit of emailing me for support. Try as I might, I can't break this habit.

I've been forwarding email to the connector email address, going into Commit, modifying the account, email contacts, and stripping out the FW: etc.

Is there an easier way to do this?

Yes, definitely. There's a much faster way on how to convert an email message you received directly from a customer into a new Ticket in RangerMSP by forwarding that email to the Email Connector.
