While by design not all Ticket fields are available for customers to see when using the Customer Portal, there are several fields, such as the Ticket Priority and Asset, that can be shown depending on the customer Web user privileges. In case more customization is required, you can share it with us over email and we will then see whether it can be hacked for you. Hope this helps. |
