Hi There,

When invoicing, I see the charge description, but I want to have also the ticket number in the description so I will have all the information in QuickBooks. How do I do that?

Thanks.

Yes, you can add the Ticket number to the Invoice line together with the Charge description. You can do this from the Invoice Creation Wizard, where you can add the Ticket # to each invoice line by clicking the "Incl. in Description" button/drop down menu and selecting to add the Ticket # (you can also add the Date, Employee and Contract details to each line).

You can also set the system to automatically add the Ticket Number (and other fields) to the invoice lines every time an invoice is created, go to Tools > Options > QuickBooks and check the "Ticket #" checkbox in the Invoice Line Content section.
