Discount customer labor and parts charges

If we decide to discount customer labor and parts charges are we able to do this easily?

Yes, you can easily discount a customer in the Charge level by selecting Discount in the Discount/Markup field when entering the Charge details. You can then decide to discount by percentage or amount, and set the value. The total amount will be calculated including the discount.
