Hi Stephen - the tickets list displays the account name as set in the "File As" field. The contact name can be viewed only in the ticket General tab, under the account.
Note that in order to see which contacts in the account have outstanding tickets, you can use a tickets list report, and filter it for this specific account. You can also add the contact field to the display for existing reports which do not display it (make sure to add the "Tickets - Contact: Contact First & Last Name" field). HTH Dina |
