Some of the ticket reports do include the resolution field (e.g. The Ticket Details - Expanded report), and you can customize any ticket report to include the resolution if needed. To customize the report you should first copy it, and design it using the Design button. To add a resolution you should add a DBMemo field and select 'Tickets-Resolution Description' as the the database field. You can find more information on designing the report layout correctly when adding the resolution field in this thread. HTH Ethan |
