We have a client that uses our services for a number of his own customers. We also list his customers that we service in our Accounts, and yesterday I accidentally coded a ticket to the wrong account. Is it possible to transfer this, or do I need to recreate the ticket with the correct account attached?

Hi,

In case a ticket is created for the wrong account, you should transfer the ticket to the correct account and then delete the old ticket.

To copy the ticket, select the ticket and go to Tickets > Copy or right-click > Copy. This will copy all of the ticket details, and during the copying operation you can select a new account for this ticket. You can then delete the old ticket (select the ticket and go to Tickets > Delete).
