Hi Folks!
How do we add EXCEL templates to Commit's doc library as TEMPLATES i.e., it looks as if CCRM (V4.5) is currently limited to accepting templates in WORD format only. Is that correct and what is the thinking there? David Vaughan A-1 Tech Support Miami Beach FL dvaughan@a-1techsupport.com |

Hi David,
RangerMSP templates feature supports merging account fields information from within RangerMSP in the Word document template. This is supported only in Word documents. In order to work with Excel files as "templates", you may add the original Excel files to your own Account (your own business Account in RangerMSP) as "templates", and when create a new document in RangerMSP, use the option "Copy Another RangerMSP Document", and select the relevant "template" from the Excel files. You can also go straight to the docs tab or Documents window, find the template, right-click it and select Copy. HTH Ethan |
