Maybe I am missing something, but I have Closed out a ticket and placed my resolution text in the ticket under the Resolution/History tab. However, when I hit the button to print the Technician Service Form, there is no resolution listed. What gives?

Hi tartis,

Some of the ticket reports do include the resolution field (e.g. The Ticket Details - Expanded report), and you can customize any ticket report to include the resolution if needed.

To customize the report you should first copy it, and design it using the Design button. To add a resolution you should add a DBMemo field and select 'Tickets-Resolution Description' as the the database field.
