Please find the attached report that is based on the system report Tickets list by Manager and Status that we customized for you and added 'Last Update Date' and 'Last Updated By' fields as well as Totals per each status. You can download the report and import it using the option File > Import from File option under the Reports menu. If needed, you can customize it further by clicking the 'Design' button on the toolbar. Hope this helps. |
