No; this type of customization would only be available in the RangerMSP client application. I've taken this request into note.
I see this thread is 2 years old, but I was wanting to make the same request.
It would make things a lot easier if I could set the default view to All Tickets.
Perhaps this could be a setting option on the client right next to default calendar view settings?
Still would like to see this option - currently every refresh of the web page defaults back to the "my open tickets" option. Need to see "all open tickets" by default. Thank you.
