I was thinking to start using social networks to recruit new prospects. Anyone had any success with this? (received from a RangerMSP user)

Tried it but found out pretty quickly it takes up too much of my time and I would have to employ an external resource to manage this. Will get to it eventually, but I'd also be happy to know if anyone has insights on this.

We pay someone to post 3 times per week on Facebook and Twitter. It only works if you are consistent. We now get 3-5 questions per week through our page and this leads to them bringing in their computers for repair!

I use google ads, its not perfect but sure puts your name on forums as well as search results. Also some website hosting providers provide facebook ads although I have not tried this yet as I don't think it would be as effective as google ads that can be set to your local area.

We need to hire someone to post for us. Do you have to give them access to your page?
