Hi guys, has anyone else noticed a considerable slow down in the web interface since upgrading? after i applied the 6.2 update it can now take up to 50 seconds to view a ticket when clicking the "view" link however under 5 seconds for the "edit" link. has anyone else notice this or is this unique to my installation?

it has only started since i applied the update prior to this you could view a ticket in a few seconds.

Thank you for posting this (we've also just replied to your email).

We have not received reports about it. Please verify that there is 'SQL' at the title in your RangerMSP application and also send us the full logs for analysis: Help > Technical Support > Send Log Files.
