I see the Email Connector pulls email from POP3 Accounts - can I use RangerMSP Email Connector if my company uses Microsoft Exchange server?

Yes, RangerMSP Email Connector pulls emails from any POP3 compliant Email Server. MS Exchange Server supports the POP3 protocol and is therefore compatible. You should make sure you define the email account as POP3 enabled.

It should be noted that the POP3 support does NOT include support for SSL usage.

Thank you for the feedback.

Actually this is mentioned on our web site, in the FAQ section of the Email Connector page. In any case we may emphasize it more. Besides, though we haven't tested this here yet or officially support it in any way, we've received some reports from users that they are going to try to use Stunnel from stunnel.org with the email connector and SSL.

(Update from Support Team:
Using Email Connector with SSL is supported without using Stunnel - see configuration instructions here.)
