Is there a way to change the Service Ticket number? Thanks in advance.

Ticket numbers are automatically generated by RangerMSP on a non-customizable format.

We can help you with the start number count from a specific ticket number and let the system run subsequently from there. For this we need to perform a change in one of your database files. In case you wish to proceed with this please contact us by email and we'll provide the relevant instructions related to your database.

If your intention is to link between separate tickets; then that can be done by adding a user defined field that allows you to select a linked object (in this case, a ticket). For more information regarding this topic, please click here.
