Is there a way for us to keep track of prepaid hours for a client. For example if a client pays us $1000 for a month of services, we want to deduct hours from that amount as we do the work. -- * Question received by email and shared here for the benefit of our users. |

Answer
Yes, for this you can use a Block of Money Contract (or possibly a Block of Time one). You configure the Block amount, the start/end dates and you're done! All Charges against this Contract become Not Billable automatically, while the Block is being reduced with each Charge being added. Click here to learn more about Contracts. |
