I have created a custom ticket and can not find out how to get the tickets appointment date/time on it.
This is what I did. I created a ticket from an account I already have. I then told it to create an appointment off the ticket. I check in the calender and the appointment is there. What is the best way to get that appointment date/time to print on the work order that I print from the ticket linked to that appointment? |

I believe you can find relevant information in this thread.
BTW, note that you can easily print out all the Tickets which have scheduled appointments for a specific date using the Tickets report "Filter According to Appointments" filter. HTH Eitan |
