So I've got a customer and we changed their company name in GFI Max. Now whenever the tickets are coming into CommitCRM, they are getting the Autogenerated tag and with the old company name. How do I fix that? Is this a commit integration problem or something with GFI?

Please edit the company name in RangerMSP to reflect the new one. We suspect that the Account was auto-generated in RangerMSP based on the Site name GFI MAX, now that you updated it in GFI MAX go ahead an update it too in RangerMSP so all Tickets will open under the correct company name.
