Custom value-lists that you added cannot be removed, however you can simply disconnect them from any customer (or system) field that you attached them originally too and they won't be used anymore (they will get listed in the settings menu though). Note that custom lists get listed here, not the actual values in such lists so you probably need to be adding plenty of custom dropdown list for it to clutter the list. In regards to listing here - the list is related to the main topic it is added under. In case it's added under Assets - it'll get listed there, in case the customer value list is for Tickets - it'll be listed there, etc. Hope this makes sense and helps. |
