It would be helpful to have a search function for the tickets. Being able to search for specific words or phrases across all tickets would save us a lot of time looking for a solution to a problem we already solved for another client. Is there any way to do this?

Yes, you can search for Tickets using a word or a phrase.

When viewing the Tickets list, go to the Windows toolbar and on the left side select on the Find drop down field to search by the Ticket Description (rather than by Ticket Number). Then type in a word you want to search for and click the Refresh button. Only Tickets that include the searched word in their description will be displayed.

Another alternative, that works a little different, may be to use the Table Text Search option. Right click above any list of records in the system, select Table Options > Text Search. This doesn't filter but rather searched for the text in the data that is being listed in the list.

Anyway, to search a Ticket by a word I think that the first option may be better.
