    I need a customer portal which users can login to create their own tickets. Preferably, the ticketing system can accept email from users and generate the tickets. I hope this is something RangerMSP can do.

    Sure, RangerMSP does support these exact two requirements -

    RangerMSP Customer Web Portal module allows users to login to create their own tickets, see the status of existing tickets, review their assets, add notes, see billing related information, the status of their contracts and much more - all depending and subject to user privileges you assigned them with.


    RangerMSP Email Connector module accepts emails from users and converts them into service tickets automatically! It also sends auto-responses, managed the entire Ticket Email thread, and much more.
